Tracking

Address Changes & Delivery

Some shipments may require a signature; carriers may attempt redelivery or hold at a nearby location.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors/household and allow 24 hours. Then contact us.

If items arrive damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can help.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
