Where We Ship

  • United States (all 50 states & DC)

  • International shipping available to select countries (rates and availability shown at checkout)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff may begin processing the next business day.

  • USPS: Ground Advantage (domestic), Priority Mail, Priority Mail International

  • UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, UPS Worldwide services

  • FedEx: Home Delivery/Ground, Express options, FedEx International

Estimated Transit Times (Domestic)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days

  • UPS/FedEx Ground: typically 2–5 business days

  • Expedited services (2-Day / Next-Day) are shown at checkout when available.

  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days (varies by country)

  • UPS/FedEx International: 3–7 business days depending on service selected and destination
    Note: International delivery times can be delayed by customs.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax) to the contiguous U.S.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO

  • PO Boxes: Select a USPS service at checkout.

  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS when available. Delivery times can vary.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.

Address Changes & Delivery

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed.

  • Some shipments may require a signature; carriers may attempt redelivery or hold at a nearby location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it, check with neighbors/household and allow 24 hours. Then contact us.

  • If items arrive damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can help.

Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
