Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

Certain products such as clearance items, software, or consumables may not be eligible for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
