Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Blue Depot. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Certain products such as clearance items, software, or consumables may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
